Transforming spaces into places through partnerships.
Registered in 2009, SP&P has focussed on urban management, specifically the establishment and management of city improvement districts (CIDS) in the city of Mbombela (Nelspruit).
GATEWAY LOWVELD PRECICNT
The Gateway Lowveld Precinct Association (GPA), now managed by Spaces Places & Partnerships, was established in 2018 together with the sale of a portion thereof (which is to be developed as a drive-through fast food restaurant). In 2019, Shell bought the portion comprising the filling station, becoming the third member of the GPA. Halls Properties remains the owner of the rest of the site.
RIVERSIDE CID SOCIAL INVESTMENT FOUNDATION
The Riverside CID Social Investment Foundation was established by the boards of Riverside CID to see Riverside’s collective generosity mobilised and making a difference in and around Riverside. We are a registered non-profit company with a BBBEE Level 1 status that facilitates catalysing, sustainable and impacting community welfare and development initiatives.

SP3 is a non-profit Project Development and Management company with the primary objective of conceptualising programmes and projects that focus on alleviating poverty and job creation in the Lowveld Region of the Mpumalanga Province, South Africa.
GREATER RIVERSIDE BIODIVERSITY INITIATIVE
The Greater Riverside Biodiversity Initiative (GRBI) is a programme to establish an interconnected web of green spaces approximately 280 hectares in extent in the Greater Riverside area of Mbombela that serves the city, its people, and the economy alike.
