Shivon has, for over 35 years, been a dedicated developmental advocate and champion, with a sustained passion for the property industry. The CID benefits from her extensive executive, non-executive and senior managerial experience in private business, at non-profit organisations and on national, provincial and local government levels.

Zani is an award-winning digital marketing strategist and multi-skilled writer who has produced compelling content across a wide range of industries and platforms. Following her appointment as Marketing Co-ordinator in January 2026, she worsk closely with the CID Managers to implement the company's marketing strategy.

Clint is an A-grade SASSETA security officer who has acquired 26 years of security and 19 years of operational experience throughout his career. He is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and secure environment in Riverside by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures, supervising the security guard force and managing the public space.

Byrne has built a strong foundation in project management, environmental sustainability, and the maintenance of shared spaces. Since joining the company as Project Manager in 2024, Byrne has played a pivotal role in the development of the Greater Riverside Biodiversity Initiative (GRBI), helping to transform the Riverside Reserve into a thriving and functional green space. He has also been instrumental isupporting biodiversity conservation and environmental education within the Riverside precinct.
